Close to the airport
Dirty rooms, smokers in the hallway and room next to us. Smell permeated our room. Coffee always out.

Loved our room location. Easy access to the breakfast area & front entrance, after having surgery. Breakfast was so nice. Staff is so helpful. We've stayed numerous times, and our gratitude to Steve is overwhelming. Thank you. Jesse & Marsha Thomas

- The staff was friendly
- The airport shuttle service is convenient
- Breakfast was really good
- The room was dirty- the carpet was not vacuumed well and I could see dust on the carpet. The bathroom was also dirty i.e., the toilet was not scrubbed well
- The room was uncomfortably hot. Even when i turned off the heater on thermostat, the room didn't cool down
- There are better alternatives to this place at the same price point that are also near the airport (I stayed at Sophie Station nearby for several nights which was ~ the same price and the room was amazing and clean)

The room was very nice and cozy and the staff were great, was not a bad stay overall would definately book here again
The morning breakfest was ok, eggs were kinda watery and the hash browns were cold to be honost, i was also held at gunpoint and robbed in the parking lot but i dont blame anyone at the hotel for that, and the fire alarm went off really late at night kinda scared the crap outta me

We were told the wrong hours for breakfast so we came down just as they were closing it up

the front desk lady is so nice and the room was very clean and warm. I also love the postcards they sell at the hotel

They could keep a few more food items in the gift shop .. if you arrive late , there is nothing close by especially in winter
