The only thing I liked was it was close to where I needed to go but was definitely not worth 150 and want stay there again

Some of the staff was rude not all staff but some and my room was not ready when time to check in

When I checked in the staff were very friendly. After reading reviews online about this place I was a bit put off, but my whole stay I experienced no issues. The room was fine and I was not disturbed.

On check out the man at the desk was a little strange with me.

I stay here every year for medical purposes and I don’t partake in the breakfast.

It seemed to be very crowded and parking was bad.

The breakfast was okay, the water is super hot! . Overall a great stay and good location.

Check in staff very courteous and polite as always I know their job can be a little overwhelming but they handle things very well

They no longer accept Chime ,cash app and apple pay for payments because of the new system they have and these are what I like to use when traveling but I was told this very same thing before and that was card on file that they used and it went through, so I'm beginning to think that's not the reason (new system) so she said I could do cash from their ATM and there is a $50 deposit, used four different cards it finally disbursed but not enough then error error error ! Then I had drive to find a ATM up the road and finally checked in $50 deposit was waved so I was glad about that because weve stayed here plenty of times and our money has always been good but I think it's time to call it quits or just take a break from this place because these last few stays haven't been the greatest and it's nowhere near the staff's fault (those ladies are absolutely wonderful) we will just drive the extra miles and stay where we used to book when visiting .we love coming here because it's right near family but we've had enough from the bugs to the form of payment situation .Thanks !

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t like that my room smelled of heavy smoke. It made it very difficult for me to sleep. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and was told that my room was a nonsmoking room but as I tried to sleep it seemed like smoke fumes were seeping from the pillows and the covers and maybe even the air conditioner. It was awful. I also felt slightly unsafe because the screws that held the safety latch to the door were loose and could not be tightened. The deadbolt on the door was okay though. I had booked the room for two nights but checked out after the first night.

We asked for more pillows and blankets but housekeeping left by 5pm so we were unable to get more. The shower was a bit dirty and stained.
