Everything let's start with the cleanliness this place is a crap hole the hallways all smell like weed., The carpets were sticky I would not recommend taking your shoes off in your room. The air conditioning the first room we were in the air conditioning did not work it was set to 65 it was 75 in the space.. They moved us to a different room this room was not much better the air conditioning would swing wide between 80 and 65. There were only two towels in the room and one washcloth the towel I got had brown stains on it I'm not sure if they were s*** stains or dryer Burns. The refrigerator had water coming from underneath it as for this being an efficiency room there were two plates of different sizes two coffee cups two pans that I would not dream of using no forks. The place in silverware look like they came from the nearest thrift store. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was kept awake all night from the noise of the refrigerators on both sides of us causing the condition called water hammer when water flows through a pipe and it stops suddenly the pipes vibrate it roughly sounds like someone on the other side of the wall running an electric sander for about 8 seconds every 20 minutes. So we made the decision to not stay there and move to the hotel next door.

Tub was peeling. And only had one guy running the whole hotel. Had to go to front desk and get a remote control.

The room was clean.

There was no shower curtain or liner in the bathtub. There were no paper towels, wash rags or dish towels in the kitchen. The dish detergent was used AND watered down. The thermostat does not go below 65 degrees and there is a “vent” between the bedroom and sitting area behind a dresser so the room doesn’t get cool. Two hours in, the unit overheated and smelled like burning electrical wires. We didn’t want to stay with the chance that the hotel could catch on fire but when we exited the room into the hallway, it reeked of weed, despite signs declaring this is a non smoking facility. We reported the electrical issue to the front desk and were told we wouldn’t be charged. My credit card was not reimbursed and I called the hotel several times and was told there was no manager on duty (even though I called when they told me the manager would be working) and now they won’t answer my calls at all. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at another Candlewood property.

The room was nice but partially clean the bathroom should have been cleaner there was hair in the tub and around the edges of the wall. I'm a housekeeping supervisor so I definitely would consider a better cleaning technique for everything in the room. I didn't even shower before I checked out bc of the hair in the bathroom and I had a long flight with no bath. Do Yu all think I could get a partial refund

A clean and hair free bathroom I didn't acknowledge it until I had to get up and shower the next morning so I just washed up in the kitchen sink which was very uncomfortable

Great location. Near several restaurants and attractions. Also, pet friendly was a great feature.

I asked for a suite with an sofa bed they gave me a handicap room.and I was told they could not change it.

The bed was uncomfortable we were told it was a queen but was more like a full. There is no AC in the bedroom. Bedroom area was warmer than I would like.

I spent almost an hour waiting for the attendant to give me a room. First he gave me a room that was already occupied. Then he gave me a smelly, dirty room with dead cockroaches on the floor. I paid dearly for a disgusting room. If you don't want hassle stay away. There are many cheaper hotels and they are better.

It’s close to King’s Dominion. The room was decent.

The EV charging stations were all blocked by gas vehicles and nothing was done to prevent it. These should be protected so that EV cars can use it when needed. The cutlery in the kitchenette was not very clean. The room was decent but felt relatively small.
