It was convenient clean and good breakfast the pool was nice also

I booked this specific hotel because there was a hot tub which was never disclosed prior to booking that it was not working otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else with a hot tub I feel I should be compensated in some way

The bed was so comfy. If I had a way it would have brought it home. Room had every thing you needed. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good, with all the normal choices and plenty of food.

The coffee in the room was not good, but the lobby and breakfast coffee was very good

They made it easy to book at the last minute and all that they could to find the best room and rate.

Nothing to pass along on that front.

It was convenient to I-82 exit. Coffee to go.

Rugs were noticeably worn and dirty. It was tucked back on a side road that was not fit for walking anywhere. No restaurant close by. No sidewalks. All rooms open to inside and not to parking making carrying stuff in slow and a long walk. Walls are paper-thin so loud tv next door kept me up until 2 am! Toilet clogged in the morning! No. I won't stay again. AC noisy.

Clean and CLEAN. Would appreciate an extra blanket in the room just in case, but for some reason, there were 2 people, sitting at a table by my room, all night, talking very loudly. Looked like a recorded type of conversation. But even after 11 pm, they were very loud. Otherwise a good stay.

Your hotel needs a little TLC. Not just patches on the doors, trimmed fixed, just little things here and there.

Booked a room for my brother-in-law to stay. He found evidence of bed bugs, which he recorded. We were refunded after bringing it to the attention of the front desk receptionist. She was apologetic and kind. I called the next day to get a receipt for the refund and the manager was extremely rude and basically accused my brother-in-law of lying even though there was video proof. He told me that the video wasn't taken at that hotel and hung up on me after telling me the receipt had been emailed. I am an understanding person and realize this is something that can and does happen at hotels. I wouldn't have had such a negative review to leave had the manager not been so rude.
