Big rooms and comfy beds.
Breakfast is terrible. There was almost nothing there left, anyway the selection is limited to some sweets.

The hotel was very convenient for our trip to Carowinds.
The property was clean but there were holes in the wall and the shower curtain rod was almost about to fall off the wall. Someone had wrecked the mini fridge in the room. Also the whole time I was there (2 nights) all you could smell was marijuana. The whole time we were there.

Room was dirty and smelled like urine. Asked to switch rooms and they could not make it happen. Bathroom was not clean and kitchenette was sticky and had trash still on it.

Every time that I am in the area I stay here because I love the facility, location and staff . Mrs Lillie is so wonderful very professional, helpful and she is so friendly. All of the staff is very professional. I would recommend this property 100%.c check them out won't regret it. I will be back Every time.

the breakfast
the staff not following through about main complaint. Miss lead on anemidies. claimed to have a heated pool. which was my only reason for booking an extended stay. Also, pictures were misleading as to it looking much bigger and better quality than it actually was a reason for my choice in the first place.

Breakfast and rooms are OK.
Was going to work with the laptop at the lounge in front of reception on 26th Dec at 5 a.m. The guy from staff in a very rude form kicked me out and said the only time I can be there is breakfast time, even though I was in the lounge, not in the dining room.
So If you are planning to have an on-line meeting or work-space outside of your room (perhaps you have children or for other reasons), this hotel is not a good choice.
