Breakfast was non existent. Had to ask desk clerk for waffle mix, etc. cutlery , napkins. etc. no breakfast sandwiches by 8 o'clock. Room curtain had 3 holes in it. Somebody's trash still in room along with their chewed gum stuck to the floor. Not a pleasant experience for the price.

I did not ask for a smoking room but got placed in one, and while the desk person did try to find me a room to switch, she said there were none, so I had hoped it wouldn't be too strong a smell of smoke. But it was, and more so in the hallway than the room. There were also two bugs in the room - one in the bathroom and one on the dresser, which made me nervous but were sighted in the morning after we had already spent the night.

This was a bad experience. I booked a room in advance and when we arrived (after 15 hours of driving) we were sent to a room that was clearly uncleaned. We went back to the reception and were given an option of a smoking room. I refused because I have allergies, and the receptionist kept looking. Finally, we were given another room. The same situation happened - the room was dirty. We went back and were told that they were short on cleaning staff and offered a refund. But it was 8pm and we were exhausted with nowhere to go. So in the end, we agreed to the smoking room. I had a very bad night, which I spent coughing. Will not be returning.

dirty smells terrible and roaches everywhere

No compensation/percentage off room rate nor another room w/double beds available due to hotel was sold out & no follow up from management and this concern was reported after check in Friday and I checked out Sunday
