Night attendant stated he couldn't find my booking and was extremely rude. I ended up having to pay well over the rate that I booked with booking.com. I contacted booking.com and they reached out to the property and the attendant immediately found my reservation. The property refused to honor the discounted rate that I originally booked. The attendant was rude, extremely pushy, and unprofessional. It was a nice room and clean but I will not stay there again

We chose this hotel because of its location and it was great not only for the location but the room was a good surprise. Don´t be fooled by the old fashioned facade and small lobby, the room was great, with everything a grand hotel has, and very clean. Also, all the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and complete (although after several days I would appreciate more options). For the rate we paid, we got what we expected and more. Very convenient.
The only thing I can complain about is the pillows. They were very, very soft ... almost useless. I know some people like them like that, but I personally do not.
