Bath tub was stained dirty looking. Ceiling in bathroom was unfinished.

The hotel is newly renovated, well situated and in a convenient location.
The property simply wasn’t clean (there were desiccated cockroach remains in the closet), the room smelled of a combination of sewerage and mildew (and I couldn’t figure out why), and we had to call three times and, ultimately, walk down to the lobby to get linen for the sofa bed.

Was looking forward to a nice hot bath but the "hot" water was luke warm both nights.

The facilities were nice and clean. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. My son and grandson were very impressed with how spacious the 1 king suite with sofa bed was. LOVED LOVED LOVED having a ceiling fan in the room.

Location
I prefer to stay in a Hampton Inn whenever possible. This Hampton was a total disappointment. The hotel seemed worn out, unattractive and finishes were old and basic. The breakfast was not well stocked and ran out of food early each day. on Sunday morning, by 9:00, they were completely out of bagels, English muffin, pastries, muffins, yogurt, WAFFLE mix etc…..the cupboard was bare! They did have sausage and eggs cooked in a microwave. Coffee ran out, too.
Staff didn’t seem to care!
