All the Staff were friendly, kind and enjoyed taking a minute to talk with me and making sure I was alright with my stay. It was pretty quiet even with so many people staying there. Breakfast was great, fresh food made daily!

The fact that I chose a room with 2 queen size beds and received 2 full beds and they called it standard queen which was no where on my papers or page when I chose that room. Plus they would not put me into a queen size or return partial money back. Everything else was good. Don't change rooms on people then tell them that's what they chose, it's just wrong. I had family meeting me there which is why I needed the space, as it turns out they couldn't make it. No excuse for over charging and not returning partial payment. Not Happy about it at all! In the bathroom, there were hairs and dirt in the sink and the tub/shower. It was disgusting otherwise pretty descent. I only had to sleep there so there was that.

I didn't eat breakfast, but I did see what was there to eat, and it all looked great! The location was perfect and was only a few minutes from where I was going.

It was secluded.

It was a little pricey. Wasn't cleaned too thoroughly.

Inside pool, breakfast, My grandchildren love being there. TIhey wasn't ready to leave. They enjoyed the pool at nighttime.

My last night of stay I had an unexpected guest in my room.The young lady at the desk was very nice to offer me a gift card. Awakening by loud talking guests in hallway. Need more seating at pool.

Guests talking loud in hallway at 2 am and 3 am in the morning. Door to cabinet where fridge was missing. Need more lounge chairs for pool area.

It was just okay

The room was dirty and we had to have the room cleaned because there was a large bug in the bathroom. We were trying to get on the elevator with rear door but it was open and the staff were fighting over closing the door. Another lady said the guest need to use it.

Ashlen is a staff member and super nice. She went out of her way to bring up some water to our room that we forgot to request, as honors members.
