Location was great. Valet parking was fantastic. Room was spacious and comfortable.
We contacted the property for a 3:00 pm check in. We arrived at 2:45. Stood in line for over an hour. Then was told we may have a room and we will call you. I paid $317 up front to maybe get a room. We missed our dinner reservations because of having to wait. I started noticing that ppl getting loud were getting rooms. I brought my disabled niece to see Metallica. It was close to 5 and the show starts at 6. I finally went up and begged to please get a room. We have drove for 4.5 hrs. We booked this 2.5 months in advance. We have missed dinner reservations!!! and this is unbelievable. My niece has special needs and has sit in the foyer for 2 hrs now.
We finally got a room. This was the worst experience for a hotel ever. We were never told anything, just given drink vouchers. We do not drink. Never again will i spend a moment inside a Westin Hotel.

Unprepared and rooms were not ready. Had to change for my event in the lobby bathroom and leave all luggage in the car. Checked in at 2:00pm and room was not ready until 6:00pm. Staff were not accommodating to the people who waited hours in line to check in. I tried calling the front desk while my husband waited in line and no one would answer the phone. Major inconvenience and will never stay here for an event at any time.

The room and bathroom gave you plenty of room and I had a great view of the stadium. The hotel staff is amazing and the restaurant has great food.

We had a schedule to be somewhere at a certain time. Check in was 3 pm. At 4pm we checked in and was then told that there weren't rooms available. Later I asked to just be refunded $820 for 2 rooms and we would leave since they didn't know when they would be available. We would have missed our dinner waiting. Still to this day I am fighting for a return after the manager sent me a receipt for checkout and refund. It had to be turned into my credit card to be disputed. I have talked to numbering people at Booking.com and the Hotel and nobody has been helpful. They have both pointed fingers at the other company. They over booked and didn't have rooms....PERIOD.

It was right across from the stadium which was where we were going. Hotel was very pretty and room was clean and comfortable.
Parking was tough. They share a lot with where people park for the game and we got the last spot that the hotel owned which could’ve been a problem.

Mold in bathroom above the shower door, no regular coffee, no cups/glasses in the room and the cleaning person said none available, cupboard door fell off in the bathroom, potato chip crumbs on the chair, and someone else’s piece of dirty clothing under the TV table!

They charged us for an extra room and Jesse keeps saying he will refund but this was a month ago and everytime I call they act like it is still processing.

What I liked about the property is that we were there for the Cardinal’s game and it was accessible and it was a nice place to stay!
The only thing I didn’t like about the property, which is minor, is no microwave in the room and the refrigerator didn’t get cold enough.

It was close to Busch Stadium and the facility’s look extremely nice.
No fitted sheets on our bed, bed killed my back as it’s so stiff and there’s a large brown streak from water damage on the ceiling of our room.
Plus I did not realize the parking is not included in the price.

The room was clean, but we had a chair that was broken. No soap for tub.
The food service was terribly inadequate for the number of people. They were overwhelmed at our two meals, and seemed like Noone was running the dining room. My husband tried to take the stairs down to lobby one night, and had to get out in basement because no other door opened. That set off an alarm, and someone had to come rescue him and walk him through the kitchen to get out.

We paid entire room charge in advance snd then double charged our credit cards for the entire room charge plus a $50 deposit and it took some time to get our money back. We didn’t like that at all.

The room is large and clean and has a comfy bed.
Reception desk gave me breakfast voucher at last when I asked. I almost paid for breakfast.

Cheked in really late but staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, right down the street from the arch! Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent.
