Courteous desk clerk

The room reeked of old cigarette smoke. ( it was suppose to be smoke free). It was so bad we had to leave the door open until bedtime. The toilet rocks, No breakfast at all. It was advertised with breakfast. There is false advertising with this particular motel.

Location was convenient to the freeway and restaurants. Stopped there on a long drive home. Very comfortable room.

It was clean the pool was nice the Lady at the desk was having issues with an attitude

Supposed to be a non smoking room. It was terribly smoky.

The bed was mostly comfortable, even though it wasn’t clean. The electronics worked. That’s about all I can think of.

Breakfast was literally orange juice and cheap granola bars. There was no variety and no options for protein. The bedsheets were not clean, we turned the heater on to the room and it smelled like burnt noodles so we had to turn it off, worried it was broken. The room itself smelled like cigarettes and mold, the shower came up to our shoulders and we had to wash our hair on our knees. We are not any taller than average. The toilet had no sealer caulk around the base, so when we sat on it it would clank back-and-forth underneath us.

That I requested a bottom floor room when I made reservations and it was confirmed but when I went to check in they said they did not have a bottom floor room.

The guy in the counter at night was completely rude, he kept talking under his breath every time I spoke. DaysInn should reconsider on having someone like that on the counter representing the company. If I had more time to change my stay I would’ve but the 9 hour drive was already enough and to get rudely welcomed topped it off for me.

Otherwise clean. Bathroom clean. Bed and pillows comfortable

The man and women working the front desk were wonderful! The Owner/Manager is very rude and treats the employees like trash!!! The Owner allows people to BBQ right in front of the hotel door and play loud music all night long! Also, these people moved furniture from room and set it on walkway so they had a place to sit while they partied. This was on the second floor. Had there been a fire, we'd have to jump over furniture.

The agent that checked us in and out was very helpful.

The luggage bench needs some serious cleaning and the bottom wooden trim piece looked broke. The chair needs cleaned also.

No breakfast. Web clearly stated breakfast. Coffee and orange juice is not breakfast. Bath tub fixture broken.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and quiet.

Bathroom was smaller than other motels we have stayed in recently, but it was clean!!
