The location was great and the value was good too. The lobby was very nice and clean.

The property was really nice when you first see it. Then when we got to the rooms the bathrooms were not very clean. The floors in both bathrooms were dirty and the first night(we stayed 2) there were use bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash left in the shower, which looked like it had not been cleaned. When I went to check out Saturday morning there was a handwritten sign on the desk saying that the lady would be back soon and that she was extremely busy, then she came walking in front of outside and threw her lit cigarette down just outside the door and came straight to the front desk with a very strong cigarette smell. Breakfast and tea and coffee was awesome! Room service excellent! Clean hotel! All appliances worked ! Linen clean! Floors clean ac works! Bathroom clean. Towels clean and fresh!

Staff friendly and correct an issue right away. Hotel is a pet friendly facility. Unfortunately my room smelled like dog. I spoke to front desk clerk about the problem and she got me another room and it smelled lovely.

The elevator went out the first day. My parents are 83 and 5 to go up and down the stairs every time they went somewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee in the lobby is wonderful, they even have honey and hot chocolate. Some of the complimentary toiletries are Dove which is a nice touch. The beds are comfy. The desk is nice and it has an additional roll out table that makes eating with the family easier in a hotel room.

The phone in our room doesn't seem to work but we don't need it.

Spotty wifi and less than basic TV so bring your own entertainment. Nearby construction made finding the hotel difficult at first.
