Nice quiet property with lots of snacks and goodies laid out. Very convenient for setting off for a stroll around Half Moon Bay. We were disappointed that there was no onsite breakfast. Part of the pleasure of a B&B stay is the opportunity to chat at breakfast.

Beautiful grounds, library, ambience. complementary refreshments day and night.

it was right next-door to a community center that belongs to the church and they played music very loud till 2 AM.

The staff member that checked us in was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast part of bed and breakfast was a lie. Woke up, showered got ready and went down to the dining room. For a full hour we couldn’t find a single staff member or any signs of a breakfast. We couldn’t even find a staff member to check out with. We ended up leaving without breakfast. Additionally, we booked a room for ourselves and our daughter and the meal voucher only had it for 2. Not that it mattered as the breakfast was a myth. The water In the shower started brown and ran that way for a good 30 seconds. One of the two televisions was not setup with any service so it did not work.

lovely place with character just of the cute high street with coffee tea and freshly baked cookies and wine.

beds were a bit soft and shower a bit crooked but nothing to dampen our enthusiasm for the place

Gorgeous flowers all throughout garden/front. Bathroom mirror exceptional. Niceties in bathroom (like cotton wipes, Qtips, soft/plush towels). Wine and cookies at night. Walking distance and close to town. Loved the tile on fireplace in sitting area and paintings of inn.

Surprised by coupon for breakfast blocks away and not at inn. Bakery (from coupon) was good for breakfast but stood in line 25 minutes. Booked room showing canopy bed. Cute bed decor but not the canopy shown by booking.com promo. Had Queen with couch bed. Couldn’t figure out how to pull out couch bed and no one on property to help explain nor pillows for it, etc. Hot in room at bedtime but no fan (booking said there was a fan) and unsure about safety of leaving windows open all night on main floor. Couldn’t find anyone to check out or thank. Very cute, quaint, clean b&b but just not the “wow - a 10” previous comments led us to expect.

A vintage vibe but with upgrades. Gorgeous bathrooms, we had a problem with a faucet and they offered a new room. Great staff and the drinks with free touches made a big difference. Gorgeous gardens and sitting area. Get a room with a fireplace. 🔥

Blinds on the windows were frustrating.

The property was beautiful and close walking distance to many restaurants and shops

cute property, calm, serene atmosphere to relax, walking distance to main street. Relax with wine in the evenings.

No one to greet us, no one to serve us breakfast. No cozy, family-like B&B feeling that I expected (maybe previous B&B have set up a really high bar for us). We had to walk 10 mins to a local crowded bakery to get breakfast with a certificate from B&B.

There is no person to greet you. You call a number to check in. I had to call back to get the code to enter my room and there is no instruction on hours for the breakfast for time, etc. I was told by the person on the phone that an Inn keeper left a ticket for breakfast and key code on my door but there was none. When I checked out, the only people I saw on the property were house keepers.
