I stayed here because it was close to the Stormont Vale hospital where my mother was in the hospital. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The door to each room is sealed after cleaning. The property itself is historic so it was a nice distraction to walk around the property and take it in. Thanks for a stay that was easy and didn't add stress to an already stressful and emotional situation. Really appreciated.

The breakfast was terrible. Our room was 89 degrees and they didn’t offer a new room at first so we had to demand one. Our kids were so excited to swim and after we changed rooms which took way longer than expected the pool was closed so our kids were very disappointed they didn’t get to swim. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hallways were dark with many water stains everywhere. Very expensive for such poor quality. We paid extra for a room that could hold 5 of us and only had 4 towels. It was a disaster.

See above. Breakfast was bad. Swimming pool closed way too early. Bed was uncomfortable. Not enough towels. Staff was not very helpful. Room was 89 degrees. Hotel needed painting.

Only 1 elevator worked. No restaurants or lounge.

Rooms were OK staff was OK but nether were great bar and restaurant are no longer in business so shouldn't advertise that there is either

Pool closes early breakfast wasn't very good there was food left In the refrigerator from previous guest was there 5 days and never once did house keeping come in my room to change towels or clean

No restaurant despite the website saying there was one. Hotel was dilapidated.
