The town and potential for a nice stay was there.

Our room smelled really bad but they couldn’t give us a different room.

The location is perfect and we love the staff. This was the second trip in 3 months.

It wasn’t the property as much as the menu had changed. The food was so good 3 months prior. It was still good but the breakfast menu was gone and only buffet was available. Again the staff was amazing.

Close to beach. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly

They had a closet of beach equipment/accessories that we were able to use at no extra cost. Our kids had a blast bringing the shovels and buckets to the beach.

Nothing, we had a fantastic time!

The fact that I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs there’s no ramp by the front door. The gentleman that checked me in charged my credit card when I had already paid for the room in full, so not only did he charge it, but argued with me and told me I was wrong and charged me more than I paid for my roomandbooking.com

Breakfast should be included in price.

I liked nothing.

* It's an age old property...not well maintained * Shower water wasn't draining properly- water was getting clogged * Maintenance handy man tried his best to clean the clogged shower drain, but in vain * Linen/ towels were stained * Balcony door wasn't locking properly- had to slam it multiple times to align it to the bolt /lock
