The hotel was clean and in a good locations for our stop.

The hotel description said it had free breakfast, but it was a grab and go.

It was a good location. I really only needed. Place to crash after a conference. It was affordable, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast didn't offer much but it was ok. The facilities were nice and clean. Room was very nice and beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast items could have be better. The hard boiled eggs didn't taste right. Maybe often more fruit, some kind of neat would be nice.

Cleanliness, price, and comfort. Staff was friendly and helpful. plus, there was easy access to the interstate. interior was colorful and inviting.

Scented cleanliness. I am allergic to many scents. This was a pleasant scent, likely from a cleaning product or deodorizer. It did not appear to be from carpeting, furniture, or building materials. I wish there had been more low carb alternative for breakfast, even a plain oatmeal or nuts that I could have had on top of my yogurt would have helped.

When I arrived, my room had an overwhelming odor of Marijuana. I believe the people in 322 had been smoking right before I arrived. It had nothing to do with the hotel, just inconsiderate patrons.

Love how there was a mini living room so someone could watch TV in the bedrooms and someone could watch something different in the living room. I also liked how each part of the room had its own cooling/heating unit. Short travel time to civic center and auditorium.

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay

Breakfast choices could have been better. They did have a waffle maker.

Convenient on/off highway location. No road noise despite location. Room and building were clean and comfortable.

Night clerk was most helpful, cheerful, replete with information and assistance. The breakfast was somewhat better than average. The only problem I experienced was that the pillows were all quite hard, and they did not offer an alternative.

The staff was friendly, the room was dark, and the water pressure was high powered!

I was fine with the bed but it was too soft for my husband.

I've been staying at the hotel since the fall of 2020 to visit my grandson. He attends the University of Charleston and is a football player. This trip was just so he and I could have some quality time. I & his parents stay here for all home games and I always stay here when I just want to come see him.
