way over priced for the room for 2 nights.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and comfy. The food was awesome, as were the staff.
I wish the price could have been lower so we could have stayed longer, but it was every bit of excellent! The parking could have been better too.

The Pelham House Resort was a great choice to spend a few days on the Cape. It’s location is right on the water. The landscape was cared for daily with beautiful flowers around. The facility had a couple of very nice restaurants, and the pool area was amazing.
The bathroom was very small, but to make up for it was a very nice shower and a hot or cool vent system.

Staff was wonderful and the view from our room was beautiful. Opened the balcony doors and could hear the waves crashing.
we were on the second floor, and because there is no carpeting only hardwoods you can hear footsteps constantly.

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and viewing of the ocean from the pool area. Good food and service at the bar/restaurant.
Two minor issues:
1) we were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. It was difficult to carry our heavy/large suitcases up the stairs but we managed.
2) The balconies are right next to each other with only a canvas tarp separating each room's balcony. We had groups on both sides who were having a great time on their balconies (as they should)-- it made it very difficult to read or have any peaceful/quiet time in the afternoons/evenings on balcony.

My husband and I stayed at the Pelham house for 3 nights and we had a great time. It has a modern, beachy vibe that we loved. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We also loved the beach and pool areas. Neither felt crowded and the chairs were very comfortable. Beautiful spot on the Cape. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was gorgeous ! Rooms we updated and clean. Restaurant and bar were beautiful ( pricey) but beautiful.
We understand it’s hard to find staff especially seasonal staff but, a little more training needs to be done. As a resort we expected a little more service from the staff. Starting with front desk service.

restaurant food was expensive for what u got… fish tacos (very little fish $24), venison carpaccio (4 slices, more like cured meat, $28), chowder good value & tasty.

Came for five days room was adequate size mattress was lumpy sooooooo uncomfortable bathroom was sooooo small very poor layout and design with coffee pot in closet invited 22 for lunch very very pricey

We ate the buffet and thought it was lacking choices. Beverages were all extra. Usually coffee and juice are included. There wasn’t even salt and pepper on the table. Service was limited
