Great location - I always use this hotel for my first night in LA after a long flight due to its low cost and proximity to LAX. The view out over Mother’s Beach are great and the pool and garden area are lovely.

Currently undergoing renovation so the gym is closed.

The staff were amazing, especially Jason the valet and the lady who checked us in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, as were were the wait staff in the restaurant. Room was big and comfortable.

The only thing I strongly disliked was the sliding door on the bathroom. Sliding doors have gaps and don’t provide privacy. Ours had a huge gap. I know this is a style choice but we have stayed nearby in the past and it was the same thing - wondering why this part of LA can’t have an actual door for their bathroom? So weird (not everyone is travelling with their partner).

Very pleasant and friendly

Ideal location for going places and a short walk to Venice beach. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful in getting us into a room asap after a long haul flight across the pacific . The restaurant and atmosphere of the night added to a pleasurable stay.

Did not find anything wrong at all

Zimmer was zu einer vielbefahrenen Straße hin, daher bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Das Abendessen war durchschnittlich bei sehr hohen Preisen. Keine wirkliche Hotellobby vorhanden.

Tres bien, bien situé. Face à la mer. La propreté de l'hôtel est excellente. Le personnel est bien à l'écoute de ses clients . Bon accueil .

Prix du parking 32 Dollard / jours est totalement exagéré !

Very well located, reception open 24h/24, big and comfy room.

The room was cozy, beautiful views of the marina, great outdoor bar and restaurant. It was in walking distance to restaurants, walking trails etc.

Booking needs to remove that the rooms have microwaves, they do not. It took us at least a day to get on the internet. The elevator was not working for part of our stay. Extra fees for parking.

Room had leaky facet and no one cared .. I come here a lot and pay a lot but to be treated like no one cares is shocking

Loved the location easy walk to Venice beach loads of restaurants, also right next to the pool and beach - perfect

The restaurant was ridiculously expensive and the kids option was not great.

Staff! The woman who checked us in was super friendly, helpful, and I feel like she went the extra mile. This is the second time I've stayed here and I will be coming back.

Great location close to Venice Beach.Easy walk to restaurants and coffee at the Cows End. Nice big room in the 2 storey annex next to main hotel.. New fluffy towels. Plenty of self parking. Staff nice and friendly. Nice little beach outside hotel. Pool small but clean and good for a dip. Good AC. Appreciated in room coffee and fridge.

$25 per night for self parking is pretty steep. Beds not very comfortable, probably at the end of their life and should be replaced.

Room was nice and the location was great

Closest to our daughters condo which we could walk to. The room was clean. Most of the staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Room was clean but dark. Not marina view we requested but that would have been 1st floor which I did not want. No adjustment to our rate with the change. Had to ask for fresh washcloths everyday as no daily service. Paid for breakfast daily but tired of same menu every day so ended up not using two of the days to go other places.

the bed was comfortable the balcony was nice the room was spacious the washroom was nice and nice toiletries

There was a lot of traffic noise if the balcony was open. There was a leaf blower going at 7 in the morning outside across the street. We seemed to be above the hotel laundering room and it hummed the entire time. Also there was a rattle in the wall from water pipes or something that went on the entire night and made it hard to sleep.
