I've always loved the place for all reasons....been there at least 4 times....and in future will return.

Room was very clean. Good location.

Bed on wheels, bed kept moving around. Continental breakfast, they stated it was a "deluxe continental breakfast", we found it to be average amongst the many hotels we have stayed at in the past. Bathroom door didn't close properly and was sticking so bad you had to hit it with your hand to open it. One toaster on a busy morning, long wait to toast an English Muffin.

Location was perfect for where we wanted to explore.

WiFi connection did not work in our room. We were able to connect in the breakfast area so that was o.k. Also had trouble with being able to figure out the t.v. channels. Unable to adjust the picture to fit properly in the television. A guide would have been helpful.

This time, I found my room a lot easier....

it was clean and comfortable. included shuttle to and from the casino which is a plus.

the room was dated and the continental breakfast was lacking. it was just waffles, oatmeal, cereal and bagels/muffins. usually there’s eggs, bacon, yogurt, etc. Also, think the shuttle service should start earlier than 530.

The juzzuzi was very nice . Was best part of stay. The shuttle service to Foxwoods was very good its just on weekends it runs .

Had zero hot water in bathroom sink and shower . Told them twice about it and guy came up and said try now We tried it and took 10 mins to have running just for it to get Luke warm Then they said it’s cause all people are all using water So I then waited until midnite to shower and let run for 15 mins straight never got warm let alone hot Had to wash up in juzzuzi that had hot water

It's clean, close to casino.

No bar soap, drab room with curtains that don't close, minimal info given by staff

tv was too small , no a good selection for tv programming sheets were not good
