We love the pool area
In pool section there were not enough chairs for people that paid their stay at the hotel, because too many day passes. Also check in was long line only 3 people checkin guest I couldnt imagine coming from airport to wait on small lobby to wait long time for check in. Valet parking was super slow. I could tell this hotel have a lack of staff a lot of the guest during my stay kept stating the obvious. The staff were real nice but they definately could use some help. Room was too hot took a while to cool off.

The place was of good standard.
When there was noise next door nobody answers the phone but when I went to reception they sorted the issue promptly.
Our A/C stopped working late in the evening but the maintenance team were really quiet and understanding that we had children in bed and were really good.
The food is very expensive.
The water park is not really a water park but a nice pool with some good slides. Fine when not busy but probably an hour wait for the slides at the weekend and we didn’t bother. Shame as that’s why we changed to that hotel.
Golf is prohibitively expensive, which is a shame as the courses were empty… so not sure what the ‘resort tax’ is for???

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was friendly. Waiter was great. I unfortunately I do not remember the name of the waiter.
We spent time at Tidal Cove. Cabana waiter was hard to find by the Tidal Cove staff. So that was disappointing.

It was peaceful and the room was comfortable .
Did not like the 40 dollar parking fee , Did not like the breakfast at corsair definitely not worth the price they charge for breakfast. I also didn’t like the fact that in such an expensive water park the lockers weren’t working 2 days in row .

the hotel is very nice and confortable.
When I arrived, the breakfast that was included was only for 2 personas and we were 4 and the reservation clearly expressed that we were a family of 4
The breakfast restaurant is too small for the amount of people and it was too busy and you had to wait like 30 minutes to have breakfast
Valet parking cost was extremely high and it was only mentioned to us when checking in.
Valet parking to get theyou car took like 20 minutes of waiting period

Its a beautiful resort, very clean and the staff were all pretty nice.
After how expensive the room rate it, i was surpised at how expensive the food was- crazy expensive, more than Disney World! And we were pretty annoyed that this property allows so many outside guests into the restaurants and water park that the hotel guests cant even get a table or pool chairs & it crowds the parking! I wish there was one more dining venue with no space for outside guests, a place for kids to play after water park closes, and lower some of the prices!

The bell man was helpful and a great delight.
Took valet over 30 to get my car. There was a hole in the wall by the phone outlet and phone service in the room didn't work plus there was hair in tub.

No roomservice after 11:00. The water park was imposible to enter. To expensive for what it was

Very professional, kind, and friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to be of service. I was impressed by the service level consistency regardless of where I was from check-in to self parking to housekeeping to corsair to tidal cove — just all around exceptional customer care. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.
Tidal Cove is overpriced, but still a worthwhile experience. The kids had a blast! Also, more can be done to keep the pools a bit more clean and sanitized.

design flaw no beside lights. all lights in room on one switch. not good if u want to read or just have low light in the bedroom. it’s darkness or brightness

Very nice spacious and clean room with a beautiful view to the golf course. Staff is very kind and the water park was a must!
I am a breakfast enthusiast so I think it could have more healthier options.

rooms were not upgraded. the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed my kids ever slept on. the furniture was beat up

We booked the hotel as one of the highlights of the stay. It was very expensive. We were shocked about the horrible staff during check-in and check-out. They were heartless robots. My husband and I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many high class hotels and have never experienced such staff.

the pool as nice
the price for the hotel was quite high so you should expect to get more then just the room. everything other then the room costs extra.. the breakfast in both restaurants in the hotel was unaffordable… 180 usd for a family of 5 is impossible. as it was Christmas everything outside the hotel was closed so we felt like the hotel was using this and we burnt allot of funds which we did not expect to spend which left us with bad taste
