The staff at the Sandpearl was very genteel. It was old world elegance. The hotel was in the heart of the main section of the town. One night we went to the Opal Sands for dinner. It was far from everything, had more of a business hotel feel to it, seemed to lack personality, and the food was ok but the menu was very limited. The staff at the Sandpearl's restaurant remembered what we ate every single day we were there even if we did not dine two days in a row. When a cell phone was left at the table the staff personally found us in the hotel and delivered it to us. The Sandpearl's room was gorgeous. Ocean front is very expensive but is worth it if you can afford it.

Beautiful resort, extremely clean and in a perfect location. We were in the pool 6 hours a day and it was so fun and relaxing and very easy to move from pool to the beach across the walk way.

I had NO MAKE UP MIRROR IN BATHROOM
COULD NOT PUT ON MAKEUP did not like clear shower door. No privacy. No waste paper baskets except in bathroom

great location. good facilities. loved the s’mores on the beach, fire pit, pool, table tennis and hot tubs
the staff at the activity desk were not helpful or happy.

Location and amenities
Poor value for the money. For $500/night I expect the plumbing to work, the floors to be clean and the tv remote to work.
Not too much to ask for I think. Room about equal or less tp a Courtyard Marriott.

Room and view. Beach is well maintained. Fitness room was great. Marketplace for coffee was great.
The staff at the Activities desk seemed a bit too laid back and not responsive or knowledgeable.

location is exellent, the hotel is really beautiful, and the restaurant is very nice.
the mattress on couch was old, the night table was too close to the bed and i hit my eye during the night. My grandson cut his hand in the jacuzzi, due to the fact there is a broken tile on the side, someone from towel desk cleaned wound and put a Band-Aid on it.

The hotel and it’s on site restaurants delivered great service. Staff was always attentive and courteous. The location was perfect

Paying for sitting on the beach....ridiculous....
I come.too florida because i enjoy the beach an have 2 pay an additional cost too sit on your chairs underneath your umbrellas....ridiculous..
