Clean lobby, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice hot breakfast with fruit also.

Very nice welcome from the front desk. He was able to give the information we needed at that time. Bed was comfortable, no remarks regarding hygiene.
Breakfast was standard.

The breakfast was good. The staff went out of their way to help us. My family loved the free limo ride too. It was a fun perk.
Room was on the smaller side.

The breakfast was great, fresh, healthy food options. Adequate space per customers and clean. Good location.
The parking was not the best, very limited with a few big trucks taking multiple parking spaces. The bathroom door stuck and after the room heated up because it was cold outside side, then the air conditioner was turning on instead of heat as requested. We did tell staff and she said she would have it looked it.

The room was clean & comfortable with lots of amenities.
The hotel was light up outside the window. There was no drape to darken the room for sleep. The jacuzzi was not clean or hot. There was clumps of hair floating in the water. The sauna was not hot. There was no way of turning up the heat. I thought since this hotel was newer, things would be in better condition.

The staff was kind. The location was good.
The condition of the hotel was rough. Shower wouldn't drain. Pool area needs a remodel. Hot tub water was green.

1) our suite had two bathrooms!
2) they actually tidy your room every day—you don’t have to request it. excellent service in this day and age

Location, free limo service into town (the kids felt like celebraties), the breakfast in the morning was crowded, but food was good.
The door to the pool wasn't latched so didn't close properly to the outside. The same with the side door from parking lot. We walked right in. No one needed a key. Not a super safe feeling.

Dog friendly, which we were unaware of, so you might hear a barking dog in the middle of the night or at 7:30 in the morning
