The bathroom could have been cleaner and the pool was cold.

I liked everything.

I always stay at Hampton inn when I travel. Generally the rooms are clean and service impeccable.

The front desk including the assistant manager were very rude and did not care that I had reserved 2 rooms thru booking.com and they only had 1 room. They also had overbooked and could not give us another room. We had to find other accommodations for the other couple I had reserved a room for. I have also been charged for two rooms and they would not try to correct it. Since I booked thru booking.com they did not try to help me fix this. As of today, I am still being for two rooms. I am upset and can’t get anyone to help me.

Location was good as we were traveling towards home.

I thought it was more expensive than it should be.

They found us a room. They had no record of booking.com getting us a room.

Booking.com could have actually made the reservation. Asit was we were lucky they found us a room. The Hotel was very good and clean. They tried everything to search for the room Booking.com had reserved for us but could find nothing even though I had the email with BOOKINGS reservation number as confirmation.
