The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very comfortable. My sister and I also enjoyed the breakfast which there was a lot to chose from. The location was easy to get to and close to everything.

The breakfast provided gave several options including hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The pool was clean and had good hours. The room was generally comfortable and the climate control was easy to operate.
There were dirty underwear hanging in the closet!
It would have been nice to have USB charging ports either at the desk or the bedside table.

As soon as I walked in the hotel smelled clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had a question.
Felt very rush while eating breakfast. Said they were open till 9 meanwhile didn’t have everything available up to 9 o’clock so a lot of people didn’t really get to eat a full breakfast. They started turning everything off like the waffle maker before people could even finish eating. If your gonna serve it till 9 you need to have enough food and not turn things off until everybody is finished eating. I was there on my day off from work so since I’m off I like to try to sleep in and don’t want to be up at the crack of Dawn.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic.
The eggs were salty. They ran out of coffee.

The bathtub was very narrow. Not meant for a bigger person at all.

It was clean and comfortable. The pool and workout room worked well
Housekeeping knocked once then opened the door at 9am. Checkout wasn't until 11. I don't know why she needed to come in at all before checking to see if we checked out first

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was in town, and my daughter had nuero surgery. I had to extend my stay, and they were helpful . I brought her there 1st night out of hospital to be able to make the trip home 1.5 hrs away. I am so very thankful from such a clean room and caring group of people who said anything I needed to let them know. Just let them know. It was my 1st stay alone, and I am elderly but never felt unsafe for one minute. Thank you, Best Western, for making this stay so great.
There was not one thing I did not like about my stay. The bed could have been a little softer and the recliner alittle taller.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There were heat choices for breakfast. I felt safe at this location and would stay again when I'm in town.

Very nice. Enough handicapped spaces. First floor room, easily accessible to all of the amenities. VERY CLEAN! They were constantly washing the floors in the breakfast area. The hallways were vacuumed. The room was clean and the tub was in great shape. The employees were extremely nice and very helpful.
The parking lot was slippery the day we left and it was not salted. It was ok driving on it but was difficult walking to our car.

Pet-friendly oasis with quiet and clean facilities. Comfy bed and both of my dogs (one newly adopted that day) gave it 4 paws up. Bring your family and pets to this nice accomodation with confidence.

Very clean and attractive facility inside and out, with thoughtful amenities like ability to purchase toiletries, snacks and beverages. Also, there is a REAL hot breakfast with a different special served each day. We had French toast, ham slices, and scrambled eggs with variety of fresh fruit choices. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was polite and friendly. They even had treats at the front desk for my dog!
