The staff the rooms the pool had bad smell and the people that works there sets you up to try take your deposit!!!!!

Toilet didn't flush and breakfast was worth skipping..But beds were comfortable

Nothing.. the location was way out of the way from any attractions
It was dirty. Smelled badly and I would not ever go back. In fact I left even though I paid for 2 day's. Got in at 10pm .. Left by 10 am .. the housekeeper walked right in without knocking or announcing herself and stood in the room for at least 2 minutes even after I said something about her walking in.mind you I had prepaid for 2 days . No reason for them to even try to enter.. you should take this location off your search . It's not what people really want to sleep or stay. Was nasty 🤮🤮. Booking.com should have better knowledge of what they are advertising and offering people.

The management went above and beyond for us. We had a medical emergency with my mother. They showed concern, compassion and were ready to help us with our needs.
No complaints. I slept the best I have ever slept in a motel the nights we were there

This place was so nasty. Hair in tub and in floor really bad behind door. Smelled like dog piss. The hair dryer didn't work and I told people at front desk and all they said was sorry.

From jump the manager/owner was very argumentative, rude just down right nasty. Even other guest were bothered by him and his attitude.

The pool wasn't heated. And the breakfast wasn't all that. They didn't have any juice one day. Then the next they only had one kind.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
It was hard locating an employee, I had to call the front desk to get assistance checking in. The breakfast was lacking fruit and by 8:30 they were out of almost everything.

the beds were uncomfortable. there were bed bug stains all over the blankets. there was trash left from the previous person that stayed. the sink was clogged and we couldn’t use it at all. the water in the pool looked muggy. the hotel stunk.

The owner/manager? was very friendly.
Mexican restaurant was good beside hotel.
Room smell would gag a maggot.
Breakfast selection made me think I was incarcerated…
Drain didn’t work in shower so removed stopper- the amount of hair could have made Dolly Parton a new wig….

The pool was warm and decent. There were no towels. After noticing there were none, I went to the room to grab our bath towels. Upon seeing this, the manager brought us exactly 5 pool towels and told me to take the bath towels back to the room. Also kept telling my kids no diving or even jumping in the pool.
The bed was very comfortable.
The manager was very intrusive. Kept watching us in the pool. The towel thing was very off putting.
The room smelled. A musty, dank smell. Felt very humid too. The air conditioner helped but the air blowing had a strange odor. Both my husband and daughter had massive allergies in the middle of the night. We had to turn the AC off and just deal with it.
The carpet was dirty. Overall it was more run down than I expected and what the pictures showed on booking.com

The location was quiet and a little off the road which made it nice with the kids. Beds were nice and rooms ok .The kids liked the pancake maker.
That you had to drive to all the cave stuff but you can't have out of the way and not have to drive.

Room was in poor shape. Looked very dirty especially carpet and bathroom. Vanity had the face cover on off and laying on the floor. Carpet had stains.

Our room was gorgeous and comfortable--we appreciated the microwave and fridge.
COVID isn't over, unfortunately, so I would've felt much much much more comfortable at breakfast if there had been more items individually wrapped and ready for guests to take to their rooms. And infinitely more comfy if the employees serving breakfast had been wearing masks.

The owners were rube and refused to give me a refund. I had to report them to booking . Com
They still have not resolved this issue. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here.

The breakfast did not have a good variety of options. It was mostly carbs, no fruit or meat.
Our room smelled like cat pee, it was very overpowering when you first walked in. The beds were not comfortable.

It was very quiet in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Owner was helpful.
Breakfast was advertised as "American breakfast" which typically includes proteins. This was the reason we chose this over another hotel. the breakfast was actually a pretty sparse continental.
