Given a room on the highway side and it was very noisy. The attendant did not understand very much English.

When booked through a third party a credit card was required to confirm booking, and the terms and conditions stated no charges would be applied to the card. On arrival was told that the payment for the rooms had already been charged to the card. When attempting to pay with cash was told that normally they didn’t accept cash payments normally. Terms and conditions of payment were not as stated when booked.

Room lamps weren’t connected to main switch. Had to turn each one on separately. Also, wall outlets are worn and plugs tended to fall out .

The breakfast was very nice: included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and my husband’s favorite: waffles. There were other choices too but that was what we chose.

I don’t know how the listings of local restaurants works in the notebook provided in each room. Are these are paid advertising? But we found many other nice looking options within just a few miles by wandering around. It would be nice to have more of them included.

Guest room lighting could have been a little better. Unfortunately we had an accident involving the bath tub and ended up in the emergency room with a broken rib. Guest lost her balance. Hotel very helpful.

Pool, fitness room and breakfast area were awesome.

The disability chair for the swimming pool was not working and, no one at the facility mentioned it until we questioned why it wasn't plugged in. I couldn't swim with my family as I was unable to get in and out. Which was 70% of the reason for the hotel stay. Room was very clean And, stocked except air conditioner filters needed cleaned. Room did have a certain smell I couldn't quite place and it was rather unpleasant when first walking into room then you didn't notice it anymore. So not sure what that was. Staff was under trained in audit procedures and professionalism definitely lacks. Two of the morning front desk staff seemed to be very new and, didnt understand how to take care of pre-authorizations made on credit cards and,when problems arised went about the situation the wrong way.

My room was right off the lobby and I could hear every conversation. I was told I couldn't change rooms because the hotel was completely booked. It smelled like pool chlorine and was very dated.
