Ideal pour une famille qui souhaite visiter Orlando
Le système d'alarme incendie était défectueux et s'est declenché sans raison à 2h du matin. Nous avons dû courir à la réception et attendre l'intervention d'un technicien. Par ailleurs, je me suis réveillée pleine de boutons de punaises de lit. J'ai passé ma journée à me gratter, sachant que j'y suis allergique et à faire des lessives

Large room, nice staff, location is good which near to every essential attraction. Disney, universal and seaworld.
The toilet was not clean, a dust marks behind the toilet seat. The kitchen table was a little bit greasy. Also the hot water was not stable! It became cold when I was bathing and I got cold right now. You have to clean and throw the trash.

Great location - nice and quiet yet really close to Disney, the restaurants of International Drive and Vineland Premium Outlets, clean and comfortable. Almost opposite Sickies (a great burger/sports bar) with great food offers throughout the day. And opposite Dominos when you just can’t be bothered!

Very nice and comfortable property in a great location close to Disney, SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center. The rooms were spacious and the pool was great.
It's a timeshare property so they push you hard to listen to one of their presentations. They don't have a breakfast option either, although there are a number of restaurants nearby.

The proximity to the Convention Center for our daughters volleyball tournament was perfect! Beautiful facilities and pool. Friendly staff
Many of these families work really hard to afford these vacations, not to mention traveling for sports. It should be made CLEAR to families that deposits for their timeshare meetings will not be refunded regardless of whether your sports schedule changes.

Not worth the money they try to rope you into timeshare they don't provide free WiFi no food options at Joel if you don't wanna cook cheap toilet paper used we had worms show up it our room after rainstorm

The people above us were noisy. Hard to rest. Mentioned it to a staff member. It is a time share place and didn't realize that. Had to tell them no several times when checking in.

I understand you would like to sell time-shares, but I would appreciate eliminating the hard-sell as soon as you check-in. Mention that it is available but then leave it alone. It is a very big negative for me.

I liked the location, we were right at everything the room was nice and comfortable made you feel like you were at home. We had a great time looking forward too visiting again. Hope to see you soon.
I didn't like when the elevator wasn't working because we were on the 5th floor and one of the guest is handicap so that was a problem. The evening before we left they saw a snake.
