Super friendly staff, large and comfortable room. Everything was so great!

Parking was well lit and there were sufficient spaces available. Room was clean and the furnishings were up to date. Front desk personnel were welcoming and courteous.
Bathroom was more spacious than expected.
Bed was a bit firm but still comfortable.
Although we didn’t take advantage of it this visit, it was nice to see the complimentary hot breakfast had variety and the breakfast room could accommodate a good size crowd, common areas had nice seating, etc.
Overall, the building seemed clean, well kept and up-to-date.
Plastic cups (not eco friendly) instead of real drinking glasses was a disappointment, and seemed kind of “cheap” considering the room rate.
The heating cooling system was frustrating to operate and no matter what we tried it was either too warm or freezing cold; couldn’t get it to maintain an even temp.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, ample free parking.
The blanket was thin and not warm enough, I had to ask front desk staff for an extra. The soundproofing between rooms could have been better.

Cooked food was not very hot. No toast. Hotel does not seem to recylce debris from breakfast.
Lights from carpark shone into room making sleep difficult. Only some sheers to try and filter out lights.
No extraction of of steam etc from bathroom.

Friendly staff & my room was clean.
Didn't like under emenities provide airport transportation that is why I made reservations at the hotel, front desk girl stated we don't have that , toldl her it was on the website, she said no it's not, didn't believe me. I had to pay for a shuttle (Execar) to take me to the airport.

Very clean, great pool, awesome breakfast even for a gf, df eater!! Location was perfect to walk to WA State Fairgrounds!!
There was no fan in the bathroom. Truly that is the only downside.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had a hiccup with the booking and they took care of everything. Good variety for the breakfast, very clean, comfortable room. Loved the indoor pool and it was warm 😊
Location right off the busy road was a bit noisy.

The hot breakfast was very good and the air conditioner worked quite well:)
Sound proofing…with the window closed you could still hear freeway traffic noise in the room…but then, I’m a light sleeper so maybe it might not be an issue for other people.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly. The water pressure was phenomenal. Having a noon check out was great. It was exactly where we needed to stay.

The pool and hot tub were fun.
Breakfast food is gross: Milk & yogurt were expired, all the food didn’t taste good; waffles were a mouth full of grainy sugar. Bagels were stale, etc. Not ensuring parts in rooms are functioning before booking.

Rooms were quiet and clean. Lots of space in the rooms and plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.
