Some common area elements were a bit worn (lobby couch, pool table) but this did not affect positive impression of stay

Wasn't told the pool was closed. A chair in the room had material that was shredded and had a big hole. TV was hung so low on the wall it was hard to view.

The location was wonderful. It's near a ton of stuff and its an adorable little place. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and are already planning another trip to Mankato so we can stay again.

When we checked in the lady at the desk was wonderful kind and helpful. But breakfast was empty basically the whole time. When we went to tell someone they didn't do anything. That's the only complaint. But what we did have was good

ALL amenities listed were non-existent!!! LITERALLY NONE! NO pool, hot tub, kitchenette... none- and never been to a hotel were staff was MIA, front desk was always unoccupied

We stayed 2 years ago and this place was the cleanest. This weekend it definitely changed in 2 years. Coffee and food spilled stuck on walls and doors. The phone cord in 212 a friends room looked like fesicis was on it.

The room I definitely didn’t like the setting because of a wall you couldn’t see TV when laying down, carpet ripped, no toilet tissue and bath tub had black circle not clean. Also I’m senior was put room on the third floor couldn’t get my room exchanged to a single one.

Need to install a bigger water heater. Everything else was really nice.

The room was not clean when I checked in. The bathroom door had a hold in it and their was urine spots on the clean. The dishes in the kitchen were not clean.

I wanted to love this place since I booked it and the rest of my party wanted to stay elsewhere. I loved that our room would have two separate bedrooms, and the price was affordable. It was also the perfect location for proximity to the civic center where our CrossFit competition took place.

The room itself just appears old and unkempt. The pipes in the bathroom shake like they're going to fall off, the kitchen was poorly stocked, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, the toilet had urine and toilet paper in it, convincing me our bathroom had not been cleaned, the sheets on the beds were also stained, and I wonder what else was left untouched from the previous stay. We stayed two nights and no housekeeping was done between nights, in fact, when we asked for new towels the second day, staff would only give us 2 instead of the 4 we asked for, meaning two of my party ended up using towels that were wet and had been sitting on the bathroom floor all day. Because of the times we competed the second morning, we asked for a late check out and were given a blunt and unapologetic "no." The pool and hot tub were also unavailable for use which was a disappointment to us.

Traveled with my daughter and her family, and had 2 rooms her room was dirty and bug infested. We have tried to get some results from Booking.com and the hotel, and we are still waiting for resolution. It has been over 6 weeks, they promised a refund on her room, but we are still waiting. Apologies are great if they are followed through on. Will not stay at this hotel again, and are questioning using booking.com again for travel services.

The breakfast was a little ho-hum. No protein offering, mostly carbs. It was clear that you were understaffed, when the front desk was also refilling the breakfast station, and when we asked for another towel-all were in use, and he’d have to wash some of ours to get a clean one.
