Property has all the amenities and very very close to beach and restaurants. Did i mention it’s a private community and very clean. it also has a small little apartment on the lower level.. worked out great for my son and his twins.

Great overall. I thought the bathroom rugs should be washed prior to us arriving. Plus lack of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags. For the cost that should’ve been provided.

Due to a family death we were late to arrive, check in was nice and could be done after hours seamlessly.
When renting the home we added a golf cart to our rental due to holiday weekend. Upon arrival it wasn’t at the home. The next morning we called management company , they could see the addition to our rental but would call back. 4 hours later, I called again asking about golf cart, another employee stated I was responsible for picking the cart up off site. She provided the company info and address. When we got to the golf cart company they had no record of rental of cart. Ultimately we got a cart, it was a headache. My suggestion is just not to add to home rental through VRBO/HappyStay.
Regarding the home, it has a great setup/arrangement. The interior is beautiful. Back of home looks like it just hasn’t been finished since Harvey. Mostly exterior needs completed with painting and doors. Washer and dryer are LOUD AND SQUEAKY.

Great house very cute loved the layout with living area on the top floor and bedrooms on the second level. Couple of hick ups with check in codes but quickly resolved by property manager. House with clean and well stocked. Would have liked to be able to sit on the crows nest small area with no seating. All in all very nice!

This home was perfect for our group, especially because of the elevator (we had people with back issues). We loved being close to the beach, but the top deck could use more chairs to enjoy the view. Also, we were never able to find the pool, and it would have been nice to have instructions for that. The house was very accommodating and comfortable.

Perfect location in Port A. Close to town, close to the beach access roads. We enjoyed the large balconies, where you can see and hear the waves. I loved that all of the bedrooms were all on the same level. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our time at this property. We’ve rented many beach properties in the past and do have a few comments/suggestions to improve and guide the stay for future guests:
1) this property is waterview, but not easily accessible to the beach. We definitely didn’t think it was walkable. You actually need to exit the neighborhood onto 11th street (a relatively busy road) in order to have access to the beach! You can take a golf cart a few minutes down the road to get beach access but there is no dune crossover like most of the other properties we’ve stayed at. If you have small children or older relatives, I honestly would not recommend this location.
2) the mattresses in all the bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable. They could use to be replaced. My husband has had back surgery and dealt with back pain this week from the lack of support.
3) plan to bring some basic kitchen supplies. There was no salt/pepper, serving ware for a group dinner, etc.
4) the house was clean and spacious and seemed to be well maintained. Maintenance was immediately available when we experienced an issue with the front door lock.
5) outdoor seating on the roof had only two broken chairs and on the main level a few splintery Adirondack chairs. Would be nice to have a comfortable place to sit outside.
6) there is only a small older charcoal grill at this property.

Good property with Gulf views. Had some rusty bolt locks that prevented entry to the porch, but mgmt took care of this within hours of us notifying them. Cool to have 6 seater golf cart rental included in price. Personal elevator was great for 83 year old grandfather. Overall a good experience.

Husbands 30th Birthday
We came out for my husbands 30th birthday and had 0 complaints. The house was absolutely beautiful and matched the listing 100%. Truly one of the best houses we've stayed at in our many stays in Port A and would definitely stay here again with a big group. The balcony's and rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean were to die for and I loved the covered area on the bottom floor to work out. The pictures truly don't do this home justice and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone looking with a large group! It was an absolute blast and we appreciate the opportunity to have stayed here.

Large home with amazing rooftop view!
Our group loved to sip our drinks from the rooftop deck watching the sunsets. We also enjoyed the large balcony off of the dining room and living room area and sipped our coffee in the morning from the balcony. The home came stocked with all that we needed and was very clean. Love the neighborhood and swimming pools and the vacation rental company that helped us with everything.

Beautiful home with plenty of space
We loved our stay here in this beach house. The family enjoyed the way the house was decorated and the closeness to the beach. We want to return again as soon as we are able to. Management company addressed any questions that we had and were friendly. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the neighborhood and the pools.

Beautiful home plenty of space and loved the ocean
We plan to return here over and over. We loved the pools and the house was large enough for all of us. We spent our days on the beach and the house was stocked with everything we needed to prepare nice dinners for our family. The management company was extremely helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had. We will definitely recommend.

Relaxing ocean views from balcony and rooftop deck
We will definitely be back! The rental company was very helpful in answering all of our questions and making recommendations. The pools were great. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for the family. Loved the gated community. The location in town was close to all of the action and made it very convenient to enjoy yourself while shopping, dining or going to the beach because of its location. We absolutely loved the way that the house was decorated in beachy colors.
