I went online and made the reservation and got a confirmation number and I called to see what time check in was and was told they were booked up. I asked if my room was part of that and she said yes. I asked what time I could come and she said I couldn't. So we went back and forth and I said do I have a room or not and she said no. I think she just didn't understand English

Took an hour nap and left. Couldn’t even stay it was gross.

There was no sanitation on the property there were worms in the bed the bed sheet had a stain smelled like someone peed on it and the smell of the room was disgusting.

On the website it says check out between 11 and 1130, and they was knocking on our door at 1050 telling us that check out was at 11 and was rude about it. They could've been a little nicer about it or even told me when I checked in. There was no need in being rude tho

Free WIFI worked great. Everything else was gross.

Sign out front says "Free Breakfast: but attendant who spoke very poor English said "we don't have that anymore". Sign still out front, though as as False Advertising and still on Booking.com. Place was decerped, dirty, and had pot smokers everywhere. I was worried about my safety the entire stay.

Heater was either uncomfortably hot or cold with no in-between. Water was either scalding or cold, and after a few minutes went cold. Sketchy people hanging around. Thinnest toilet paper I have seen. All furnishings and equipment (e.g. ice maker) appear to have been salvaged from a garbage dump. Skid marks in toilet when I arrived. Hair on the sloppily-folded towels. Dust on the floor. Crappy sticker from a guest left on the heater, a symbol of how little management cares about even simply conveying a decent appearance. I was amazed they haven't been shut down.

THE DOOR IN THE BATHROOM WAS CRACKED AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE BED IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS FOUR OF US.

No continental breakfast No coffee although there was a coffee pot. Had to pay for ice.

The room was big

That there were bed bugs and the sheets on the bed were burned thru and the mattress cover was covered with old stains. Dead roaches in the microwave and mini fridge.

I liked the associates they were very friendly and helpful. They were also very patient with me considering my ditzy self locked myself out of my room a few times.

The bed wasn't made and there wasn't any fresh sheets and blankets.

the bed/linens were very clean and comfortable. The shower/bath was delightful.

It definately wasn't as clean as I would have liked, there was water (alot) on the floor in the bathroom. There was a roach on the wall in the bathroom (but no more!). Forget the "continental" b-fast.

It was dirty. The door wouldn’t lock. The staff was unfriendly.
