There was no real breakfast

Breakfast was non existent and we waited 30 minutes for the staff to refurnish the scrambled eggs that was empty when we arrived and stayed empty even though two staff came out to check. Worst included breakfast we have had all round

Breakfast was god and so was the location.

The person at the desk was not very helpful. He seemed busy doing schoolwork.

Easy location for hospital visits, standard Hampton decor. I liked the Spiral Jetty prints and large in-room fridge.

Maintenance issues throughout. Torn sticker in elevator, thermostat doesn't work/change, box of discarded air filters outside my window. Seems understaffed.

There’s not much parking. The property is nestled in between stores so it’s not an obvious entrance. The beds were as hard as concrete.

Breakfast was a bland. Not many hot food choices. Practical, but very basic

I liked the proximity to Rice Eccles stadium for the football game we drove up to see.

I was unhappy they didn't have a shuttle that would take us and pick us up from the game. At over $300.00 a night, you would think they would bend over backwards to make their guests happy. Went downstairs for breakfast @9:35 and everything was gone. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00 am.

I loved the fact that it was close to Hoggle Zoo which is where we wanted to be.

I had put my credit card in but paid with cash... unfortunately they also charged my credit card so waiting for money to be rembursed

The rooms we booked... there were 2 rooms.... suited us very well... the main room was large with a sitting area so we could all be together when not sleeping. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful especially the Lady cleaning the rooms with her help to supply some bags for us to put extra rubbish in.

I would have liked to see maybe bacon and eggs and sausages out for breakfast
