The staff is very kind and willing to help you with any issue you may have. Excellent option for a short stay in San Marcos.

Cleanliness could be way better—the carpet and floor look old and dirty. One night we found a cockroach in our bedroom.

pillowcase was dirty, no coffee pot in room toilet would run off/on all night, loud noise when AC would turn off/on, very minimal breakfast.

Everything, nothing to like. Breakfast almost doesn't exist, coffee, maybe there was a roll, dry cereal. Couldn't eat what they had. No coffee maker in the room as they had said there would be. Price was triple than normal, door lock was broken, no one came to fix it. Finally, was able to close the door. Place was a mess, dirty public areas. It was one of the last rooms in the city, I was told last weekend before kids went back to school. So I paid $155 for a room that didnt even lock. Monday the rate dropped to 60. Worst room ever. Would have been better to sleep in the car in a walmart parking lot.
