Cleanliness of room. Comfort of bed. Very well-lit outside for safety.

the beds were decent

$155 seemed pricey for Oroville. This place was nothing special. our coffee maker was broken.

It was close to where we wanted to go.

The only thing is when we first got in the room and were closing the curtains, the screw and bolt flew off the wand.

Location is great. Breakfast was OK for the start of a long day. We appreciated receiving our room key/card early so we could be on time for the event we attended and did not have to worry about disturbing anyone at night when we entered the room @ 10:30 pm.

The person next door (104) decided to turn the TV on a bit loud between 4 and 5 am.

The room was clean. The parking was very limited and traveling alone, I had to park far away.

Everything was good. Clean, comfortable, and good location. Staff was friendly.

Nothing negative to say. No dislikes.

When asked for extra toiletries we had to provide reason everytime, pool was green. Bathroom was not cleaned adequately each day. Dried blood in bathroom, bathtub not cleaned daily. Not enough parking, homeless people everywhere we felt our belongings were not safe outside. Staff was anything but pleasant, awkward stares from the staff everyday (and we stayed 5 days) rooms where no smoking and people smoked on the balconies. Larger trucks took up 2 parking spots instead of parking in gravel.

Location poor, drugged out people roaming around the motel asking to use bathroom. Room very small, pool floor was green
