All of it, very clean, good breakfast…
Having to climb stairs, tough on old people….

Minimal breakfast choices, and the same every day. Bathroom was very small.
Information and pictures online were deceiving. The room and amenities were not worth what they cost.

The room smelled so strongly of smoke we were unable to stay there with our small children. We asked for a refund because of the smell, and were denied.

Charged twice for room and refused to refund. Room was not ready upon arrival. My 97 year old mother had to climb up to second floor!

I arranged 2 rooms for my children and their partners. The hotel was accommodating when I had to make a change on dates.
However, I originally requested a pet friendly room but later tried to change to a non-pet room and they said they could not make that change. My children reported that the facilities were adequate but the pet room had an odor and the other room had a toilet that didn't drain properly.

Room was cozy and very clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Grill and fire pit were excellent. Hot tub was working, but we didn't try it.

Have a cancellation policy when Snoqualmie pass is closed. Guest have no option if the highway department closest the road to Chelan.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful as well! I wish I had paid more attention and realized how great the BBQ area was and brought food to cook myself.
Honestly, nothing. I have zero complaints.

Price was exorbitant! For a very old room with the only sink being in the main room, and brown washcloths that looked like they belonged in a rag bag, it shouldn't have cost $349 plus tax per night. Continental breakfast left much to be desired
