The front desk was very nice and helpful. There was a problem with my reservation but Gaby worked it out with a smile on her face and checked on me the next day to make sure everything was good.
It needs some updating.

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Very affordable and surprisingly nice rooms for the price.

After waiting for more than 20 minutes waiting to check in (no one at the front desk, i called the phone number after being there for 5 minutes) I gave up.... and reported this to booking.com AND STILL GOT CHARGED even though i wasn't able to get to my room. Don't waste your time here, there are several other options in town... i stayed at another hotel in town.

I was traveling for a week, a different hotel every night. This was by far the most comfortable bed I slept in.
It was a bit outdated. Shabby, but not dirty. Could use some updated plug-ins for phones.

Breakfast was awesome and the area was clean.
The carpet in the room has paint on it in places and was dated.

behind chair was waded up paper and had been vacuumed behind the chair which can easily be moved for weeks so much dust you can see where they only tried to vacuum underneath the Chari but they need to move it

Clean easy location to get to
Tree full of birds nesting outside window as long as tc was on you couldn't hear but when it was off little loud chirping and flapping

Parking was convenient
Bed was hard, the pillows are way too small a 12x12 is not a sleeping pillow. The tub was clogged. Breakfast juice machine was broke, milk was left on the counter room temperature.

It was very clean and the rates were good.

All 3 ladies Lexy Ericka and Reba have excellent customer service very helpful and polite indoor pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing, room was super big, clean and comphy. Breakfast was tasty and good selection.will be back
