had just got there and there was already a complaint. not cool.

It was so close to the beach, Block Island and Point Judith. At this time of year, the beach is almost empty.

The room was small. The bed took up most of the space.

There was clearly no one staying there, Why put people in rooms that are next door. Well, I woke up to guitar playing and group singing at 530 am. Hotels do it to. I get it for cleaning purposes, but seriously.

Close to the beach. Off season rate. Exceptional staff!

The toilet ran continuously.

Staying here was absolutely wonderful! Our flight ended up with an 11 hour delay so we didn’t check in till super late but they were understanding and kind. The room was spotless, and from our window we could see the beach! They salted the sidewalks and lot to keep snow away, and it was overall just an absolutely wonderful experience. I hope to stay again!

Beautiful room with a great view of Scarborough State Beach! Comfortable bed with mini fridge, coffee brewer, and microwave in the room! Free cable TV and WiFi also! Stayed 4 nights during Christmas weekend, and first time I've been back to Scarborough Beach area in 40 or more years! Motel owners were very friendly and helpful! Free coffee and bagels available for breakfast.

No dislikes here! Only wish I could have been able to stay a few more days longer!

I was charged a premium price for a room no guest should have been given. There were holes in the bathroom walls. The shower stall, fiberglass, had the top coat missing in at least half of it. The floor needed a very deep clean. In spite of leaving my name and phone number with a request to be called, it took me calling to reach the management. They "understood" but were unwilling to do any customer recovery. I was told they were new owners working to make the place better. If I had told them when I went to my room they would have moved me which made no sense with a late room arrival and a one day stay. The room was terrible at any price. The owners are not guest-focused.

Just the location

The fact that i got a different room. I paid booking for Ocean View and i didnt get it. Very disappointed.

The motel was right next to the beach. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable with extra linens. The bathroom was small as well as the shower, but good water pressure and temperature. The property was well maintained. A light breakfast was offered in the small office.

Because it was a motel, I had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy.

the walls were thin so we could hear our neighbors. the room was clean but had a musty smell and def needed an update.

Very clean and well-maintained, nice to have breakfast freebies in lobby. Lovely location by beach.

Room smelled like bleach, but it gave me extra confidence in the cleaning so it didn't bother me.

it was just purchased in the spring the new owners did an amazing job renovating. It was clean and comfortable and right across the street from the ocean, great location for all my needs.

they have the old fashioned keys but they do have the new keyless locks but didn’t have time to install. not a big deal. I just kept worrying I would lock myself out. and I did haha. but they let me in immediately 😀

Great location, cleanliness, comfort and value.

It took 15 min to get somebody to come to the desk to check me on when we arrived. I finally got checked in, but it was a disappointing start.

Easy access to beach. Bed and pillows super comfy. Staff very friendly and check in and out very fast. Will definitely be back.

The newly renovated motel was within sight of the beach. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and functional. This is not a luxury resort but it was safe, clean, comfortable and a good value.

The room was a bit small. Really large people might not be so happy. The room could have used more lighting.
