The property was clean, fun and just a quick walk across the street to the beach.

We were there for my wife’s birthday. When they learned of this, they upgraded our room and made recommendations for a nice dinner. It was a great introduction to Montauk.

Beach entrance was right across from the motel. It was about a 1 mile walk to montauk's downtown strip. The motel was very clean and the unit had a stove and kitchen appliances, waters upon arrival, coffee, and everything you could want in a motel

We loved the cleanliness of the room, the pool and the grounds. It was the perfect spot for our family of 3 to spend a weekend in Montauk.

The mattress was a little too soft for our comfort, it was across the street from the back as opposed to being on the beach, and we couldn’t walk into the village from the location. It wasn’t a deal breaker but we would have liked to be more walkable.

Place is a bit run down on the exterior. Simple accommodations but pricy for the finishes. No luxury finished. No fire pit. Pool was closed and no indoor pool.

Everything. It was perfect. Beautiful beach directly across the road. Couldn't have found anything better.

The rooms were very clean and up to date. This place comes equipped with all I needed: kitchen supplies, pool/beach towels and chairs, and great wifi to work. I especially love the location (within walking distance to town) and access to the beach. Owners were nice and responsive. This place is more family based compared to being right in town which was more loud.
