Everything was exceptional

Breakfast was free. The hotel was nice and it was very quiet. Additionally, they had really good security and parking.

It was ok. There were a couple of problems. We had a suite, with two rooms seperated by a door. The therostat worked in one room, but didn't work in the room we slept in. We ended up opening up the the window, but it was below freezing out side so had to get up a couple of times to regulate the temp. The second issuse was there was no fan in the bathroom. Third, we couldn't access the pay per view movies. Even after calling down to the lobby, no one was capable of helping up navigate there impossible pay per view system. They fully admitted that no one knew how to fix the issues they were having. We ended up ordering the movie on Amazon and watching on a computer screen.

Always stay here when in town. The area is within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Lemongrass is our favorite right in the same building. Breakfast is above par compared to other hotels.

Looked even better than in the photos. Very clean, elegant modern decor. Room was spacious, great amenities and good coffee! The breakfast very good, staff were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Chris, she was excellent, and made the experience very special. Chris went out of her way to make us welcome at the Inn, she definitely is the very best part of our trip. All things being equal, hotels are similar, she made the experience memorable with her warm welcome and helpful personality.

homeless situation

Bed was a little hard, and most of all no one told us that the city grill closes at 10 am. My wife and I want a great sit down breakfast so we get down there at 9:56 am and they are closed. I asked the lady at ur front counter what is going on and that is when I find out that it closes at 10am. Very upset because now I have to find a place for breakfast and also pay for it. And now I have 2 coupons for breakfast that are no good.

The location is excellent. Its wonderful to be downtown, to be able to explore the downtown area. Very easy to get to, also.

We had a King suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. Free parking in the hotel lot was great. Hot tub was very relaxing after a day of skiing at Granite peak.

My comments are meant as suggestions for improvement. 1) This hotel is like a maze and needs more wayfinding signage, maps should be given at check-in, 2) I prefer to use stairs when possible BUT key card entry back to the hallway is not possible and I was locked out of the building and had to walk around the block back to the hotel lobby in my bare feet in below zero temps. You need to have signage that explains there is NO RE_ENTRY POSSIBLE!!!!, 3) Did not like like the breakfast situation with limited menu. Food was bad and cold, 4) Ran out of coffee in the lobby.

Room is big and very clean. And lobby and hallway are very clean.

Breakfast is no good. Not enough space for breakfast. A lot of guests have to bring to room to eat.The lady who works for breakfast is not nice. No smile and cold face. Likes this kind of hotel staff is not normal . Most hotels staff are very nice. Maybe she wasn’t happy to work in Christmas? In the room the pillows are not comfortable.

The person that checked us in, Chris, was great. Pleasant, great sense of humor. Overall aesthetic was beautiful. There were plenty of outlets!

The lighting over the sink was insufficient for putting on a makeup. I also didn't like the fact that when we picked up our breakfast, I had forgotten our vouchers in the room. Even though my name was on the box with our breakfast and I had my ID, I was asked to go back to the room to get the vouchers.
