Bon hôtel avec piscine. Grandes chambres avec une excellente literie ( matelas neuf ! )

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Well equipped room - microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer, safe, and of course - TV. Near Interstate 25 and was convenient on our journey to Denver.

The decor was a bit tired and old fashioned. The breakfast was quite average. Would have liked to have fruit and cereals...

The room was very clean.

They cut the water off at 7:30 in the morning. Didn’t find out about it until we got there. Also, there is one login to the internet for PC and another for Mac. Didn’t find about that until I asked!

Convenient location for Frontier days

Our room smelled like mildew, it wasn’t cleaned properly (calcium build up in toilet, coffee left in the coffee pot from the previous guests, small stains on the pillow cases) and the pillows on the bed are so small. We asked for extra because each queen bed only had two tiny pillows and they didn’t have any extra. We also paid 3x the normal rate due to frontier days. So paying $1k + for 3 nights to have so many issues is a bummer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady serving breakfast was very kind and hard working. The food was okay.

1. The bathtub in our room was rusty with a broken drain. I couldn't let my kids take a bath. 2. The room smelled. 3. There was not enough toilet paper, had to go ask for more. 4.The pool area felt dirty and a breeding ground for germs.

Breakfast got over early after a long night at the concerts. Expensive stay and got two yogurts for breakfast.

Clean beds and comfortable temperature in room. Friendly staff. Hotel location.

Hotel is in serious need of remodeling. The bathtub had spots of mold behind the sealant around the top edge of the tub. We did not use the shower because of that issue. Facial tissue was empty.

Kept finding the side door propped open. Never saw anyone loading or unloading.

I thought the property was fine I was a little upset that you didn’t have enough paved parking lot parking in the mud was not a nice thing to have to get out into mud.

I’m sorry already stated that in the other section above everything was fine other than the parking situation. in the evening there wasn’t any hot water available to take a shower I didn’t really understand why it was that way.

nothing, it was filthy. The Carpets in the room and common areas looked like a mud toom. Totally run down. If there was another hotel with availability I would have left. The blow dryer when on fire when i tried to use it.

It was quiet

Room was only moderately clean. Did not use any of the pillows but the pillow cases looked as though they had already been used - very wrinkled. Have Apple products and not able to get onto the internet.
