The front desk man was nice. My rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We have traveled and stayed at many hotels. This motel has to be in our top 3 list of cleanness. The guy at front was amazing! We will be back on our way back home.

The motel was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured that my room was spotless throughout my stay.
The staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs, making me feel like a valued guest.
While the motel offered a basic breakfast, there were limited dining options within walking distance. However, the staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants to compensate for this minor inconvenience.

broken lock on door,stains on sheets.Toliet stopped up,floors in bath dirty.coffee machine didn’t work, feces on concrete in front of room for 2days.refrigerator froze all our drinks.

The room was clean and quiet. We were an afraid that there will be a lot of noice from the traffic on interstate. The staff was friendly.

Location, restaurants right there park your car and walk..
Blow dryer did not work in the room, I called the help desk and he said give me a few and I will get you another one and he did brought it to me and apologized. Very friendly.

Location was good.
The non smoking room stunk like cigarettes and the bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was cheap.

Location and thankfully the bed was comfortable
Ordered a non smoking room and as soon as you walked in you could smell the smoke. No threshold on the bottom of the door. The shroud on a/c feel off when turned on. The a/c didn't work on auto and had only one temperature of cold. There were roaches. There was cigarette ashes in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper tube so they just shoved it in the alcove. The dresser doors did not stay shut.

I paid for 2 rooms one of which was infested with bedbugs and I took videos to prove it just in case they try and say I'm lying

Very nasty. Had to get buy my own covers because it was just nasty

close to a school event
the tv, wall outlets and several lights didn’t work in the room. it seemed to have a tripped breaker so my son and I had a tv but it wouldn’t turn on. people fighting in the parking lot several times throughout the night. it sounded serious enough that I was about to call the police but two cars sped off and ended the confrontation with one chasing the other. I didn’t feel comfortable there with everything going on.

Hotel staff was pleasant had an issue with the first room and they quickly put us in another.
First room needed some servicing

The size of the bed was great and the size of the room was awesome.
It was so noisy, I got woken up in all hours of the night and morning. The air was not working it was stuffy and hot.

Location great, housekeeping great, don't know how to say it without people thinking I'm racist but I'll try, everyone but the white dude at night were great, need to replace the incompetent bozo. Only complaint

Comfy, quiet at night (light remodeling during the day) , price , minutes from everything but away from it all
Room was comfy but sticky all over carpet and when I asked housekeeping she said nothing she can do (owner came himself with rug doctor when I said I was not extending) plus side is carpets are being replaced soon in remodel, charged me double deposit because I booked through app when I extended
