The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting in the parking spaces.

It was small but clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable!
The parking spaces were barely wide enough for a compact car and if your room was on the back side, you had to back all the way out of the lot to get out.

Excellent coffee, room air conditioning was of good quality, easy access to the interstate.
Bugs in the room, key cards wouldn't work, paid for one room for my teenage sons that we could not use do to the bugs, key card would not work after cards were changed 3 times, so I had to get my son's a room across the road at holiday Inn express, and could not get a refund on the unused room

Location off freeway, price
Room was old and smelled, bugs crawling on carpet and some flying, lots of bug bites, breakfast eggs and sausage were rubbery, hashbrowns soggy.

Service excellent, easy access to expressway, close restaurants for dinner, good hot breakfast, stayed one night, fast checkout- clean and quiet room.

The person at the front desk who checked us in was pleasant and amicable. The hotel is ideally located in Tucumcari on one of the two main roads in Tucumcari.
There was a used towel on the floor of our room when we got there. These things happen, but it was a little disappointing.
The person who checked us out seemed to not care much about patrons and was more preoccupied with whatever was going on in their headphones.

Great breakfast, nice location, nice staff. The size of the lobby/eating area was small, but it was nice that they had trays to use to take our breakfast back to the room. Nice they accepted pets. We had the extra large room with 3queen beds that was perfect for the 6 of us traveling together.

After receiving confirmation from booking.com at 2:45pm, we felt confident that we had a place to stay. After driving 10 hours, we found out that they overbooked, therefore we had no where to stay. We had to call around to find a room at 8:30 pm. Should we be upset at booking.com or Days Inn? We believe it’s days inns fault.

Room was very clean, carpet was nice, bathroom was in great condition. Linens were soft and bright white not grungy looking.
There was an outside entry into building on the far end away from front office. I was shocked and disappointed that a room key was not required to open the door. Anyone off the street could gain access to the hallway and stairs to rooms by just using thar door to gain access. If I had been traveling alone, I may have reconsidered staying there

The bed was comfortable, the rooms were a nice size, and the coffee was good. The staff was always willing to help!!

Check-in person not personable. But, it was a Sunday evening and no one likes to work on Sunday.

Location was good, easy on and off the interstate.
The coffee pot in the room was completely broken and not usable.
Their were 2 phones in the room and neither one worked.
The bathroom floor was very dirty.

The mattress!...parking in front of door... convenient to Interstate on/off ... affordable... great value.

The location is convenient and has easy access to the freeway.
The site has been upgraded and the beds are very comfortable. It is a good value for the money.
The noise from other rooms taking showers is very loud especially at 6AM!
Traffic noises are noticeable especially if you are on the street side of the building.
Parking is limited in the front section of the building.
Breakfast selections are limited.
