They had unlimited hot water.
It was run down, the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were rusting and the mirror frame had a chip out of it.

We were able to park close to the door. The front desk staff seemed nice.
It was very dirty -the walls in the room were lined with mold and the bathtub as well. Very unsanitary. There was no screen in the window of the 3rd floor room we got. The ice bucket we received had blue dye on the bottom - not clean. I would not have even gotten ice from the machine either because it was filthy. I want my money back.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was filthy, blanket/comforter had food/blood on it. dirty rags in the sink when I arrived, drawers had no been cleaned or wiped down. I have been in a lot of hotels some good and some not great, but this was by far the worst

Staff was very nice and prepared.
Overall quality of the room was fine. Didn't feel clean. Felt old close to a motel feeling. Not what I would expect for over 150 a night.

The location worked for us. The bed was very comfortable.
The room/building is in MUCH needed repairs. Our room had a hole burnt in the bedspread and the inner curtains were full of holes. Carpet coming off the walls. Blow dryer was broken, kleenex dispenser was empty.

32 minutes waiting and calling for someone to come to the front desk so I could check in at 23:00.

Dated....dirty carpet....old drapes with a thousand holes.long wait to check in ..they drew the line at not giving me a business receipt

breakfast was good but coffee was luke warm.
The placed is dated, and grubby. Room looked crammed with furniture. Lamps shades were loose, lights over bed didnt work, no light bulb in one of the lamps, no carafe for the coffee pot and the desk top felt sticky, crummy looking fake turf out front, chipped scuffed paint everywhere. The place needs a total makeover. It's past the end of its lifespan.
