Breakfast was decent.
Hotel facilities appeared as if maintenance was lacking. Parking lot and sidewalk to pool in bad shape. Room had a propane like odor… yuk!

The room and ensuite were comfortable. The lobby staff were pleasant. The location (Taos) is wonderful - literally.
The parking lot surface has lots of broken areas and trip hazards. The breakfast, although advertised until 10am, was out of hot items by 9am and no effort made to re-supply. The ice machine was not working on floor 2 so we had to go downstairs to get ice.

We booked specifically for its hot tub features. We weren’t told till we checked in that the hot tub was broken literally in half.

Hot tub was out of service. Chair at desk very stained. No plug in sink. Wall protecter behind entrance door missing. Needs a little refurbishing inside and out.

Manager would not speak to us called Hilton corporate who agreed they would refund the fees including the one night we stayed.

Friendly staff, Breakfast was okay, pool/hot tub so great after skiing, location was very good, close to Guadalajara Grill for dinner
Breakfast could have had a little more flavor - pool and hot tub out of service for two days out of our stay - laundry service was out of service (this was a major draw for booking our week long stay)
