It was an easy to walk to the downtown area.

There were two lightbulbs out in our room but when I asked the housekeeper if there were replacements she said no. Kjnd of odd to not have any spare lightbulbs at a hotel. Also, there was a raisin in our bed.

Convenient, adequate, close to downtown, easy in/out, good location, well lighted, outside clean and tidy.

High security check in via pass thru window, mold on the bottom of shower door(108) and needs extra attention. Staff indifferent (cultural?), smoking occurring outside of rooms 109, and 220.

I'm confused by the poor reviews of this hotel as the only complaint I have is that the ice machine wasn't working. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked fine, and the shower was particularly powerful. It's good value and in a reasonable location within a mile from downtown, with a couple of restaurants closer.

That my stay ended. I have to write 3 sentences. The stay was terrible.

There were drug addicts just chilling in the parking lot. The shower door wouldn't close, they did not provide towels until I had to request it multiple times. Only one half used toilet paper roll. The front office was behind glass and you had to buzz to get the owner out and was short with me. I packed up my entire room every day because they cleaned your room daily whether you wanted it or not.

The space did show some age but the AC worked pretty great. The bathroom was a little cleaner than expected. And the staff helped us get into a room in a pretty average amount of time. All in all, I did appreciate the great value and the ease of checking out as well.

If I had to give any advice, although the AC worked in the room. It was a little busted to the point the one closest to the AC got a little too cold because the air could not be directed any higher. The bathroom was okay but, we decided not to use it beyond a changing room due to how much heat it trapped. Either the vent was not working or something was generating way more heat in there than we expected.

The beds had bed bugs or something cause they made us super itchy every we're.

No microwave and no fridge. We only got 1 towel in each room, we have to request for more.

A fairly basic but decent sized room. Location is OK - not in downtown Salem, but easy enough to travel to by car and with good parking available.

Air conditioning unit was very loud indeed. Few facilities at hotel.

Ok beds, just a bit too squeaky and hard for my liking. New towels and linens Water pressure good. Room was clean

No coffee in room or front office. No toiletries. A few sketchy folks wandering in parking lot.
