The room was very clean and comfortable.

I was charged an extra fee called Erf on top of the amount I booked.

such a nice hotel. my favorite parts were. the outdoor bbq. we used it. the front desk had all the utensils and spices. The indoor pool and hot tub.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, we are local, but it’s fun to get away sometimes for a night and swim. The kids love it. We were disappointed the hot tub was broken, but we understand it happens. Staff was excellent, as always. The pool was actually nice and warm this time! The beds aren’t tiny and are actually comfy! We will continue to stay here.

Immediately upon entering the room, I found that there were long dark hairs in both of the beds, on the pillows and in the linens. The top edge of the tile (it’s the small border of tile that is on the bathroom wall that meets the floor, in place of baseboards) was thick with dirt, hair and dust.

We could hear steps, running, (why do parents let their kids just run up & down the hall first thing in the morning???) and banging from upstairs! Darkness curtains don't do any good if the sun comes in the 2" above the heating & a/c as well as the sides of the curtains. We really really needed undisturbed rest after a long drive.

The room smelled like mold, there were dirty socks on the floor, the bathroom had mold and dirt in the sink. Except for clean towels and bedding the room did not appear to have been cleaned. the coffee pot was was exceptionally dirty.

I. the morning the front desk person was very helpful.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and the bathroom floor was sticky. I called the front desk at 10:30 pm and the hotel was full. I was told to lit towels on the floor😳In the morning, I was told that a cleaning solvent was left on the floor and i would get points added to my Bonvoy account., this has not been done.

Location, quiet, clean, good value.

Fire alarm problems at 11:30 at night. Known problem. Front desk left guests hanging out in parking lot without giving info as to what was going on.
