Great motel hands down give it a 10. The service and performance here with consumer service amazing. People that leave bad reviews here are petty. My family loves it here and this motel is 5 star to us.

It was very bad all around
The cleaner did not know how to clean the room. I was a house cleaner myself and never see anything like this before... needless to say I never got my money back for not ever staying there! Do no stay there....

Front Door lock has problems. After I requested, they changed room for me.

The beds were comfy , the room wasn't a bad size.

We didn't see any breakfast anywhere. So that was a disappointment. We overslept and asked to pay for an extra hour to check out and instead of saying no and pleasantly leaving us alone to get our check out done faster they called and banged on the door every 5 minutes, as a result, made us more anxious and more stressed so we took longer.
Staff sucked, rude. When asked a staff person's name they refused.

The bed was comfortable.
We were there for four nights. There was no clock or coffee maker. The room was not the cleanest, corners and along the baseboard were grimy. The headboard was dusty and when we turned on the heat you could smell the dust burning off on the heater. We had to ask for clean towels. The garbage in our room was never picked up. All in all the room needed a deep cleaning. There also seemed like people were living in the motel, very low income. Had we expected or known when we booked we never would have chosen this hotel. Very disappointing. We went to this motel because five or so years ago we used it and it was very good, clean and had everything we needed. It’s like there was a change In ownership. We realize there is a problem getting help but what rooms are for nightly use should be better looked after.
The woman at the front desk was not friendly. There was a young man there when she wasn’t working and he was kind and friendly but was overworked.

Nothing , there was not anything that was worth mentioning.
The front desk was not helpful, there was no elevator. My son broke his ankle while we were in Hampton and I asked for a room on the first floor she said she could not accommodate us. I asked to be refunded so we could stay at a hotel that would accommodate our emergency issue and they said no. Very disappointed that my son had to climb stairs while being medicated on crutches. This is not the hotel I would ever stay again.

the owner was disrespectful and mosey about our stay. we had friends in another unit and she was questioning why we were going between rooms.

neighbors free loading off your hotel and harassing my friends! Cops were called on a veteran trying to get help :( it seemed like a half way house!

Location was where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable.
First, I notified the staff of the room reaking of Marijuana and noticed a dirty floor in the bathroom and uncomfortable sofa and chair in which to relax in. Limited positive conversation / interaction with staff - didn't offer solition to smell in room, or replacement of broken iron. I did not feel it qualified for the cost of our stay (Two nights of close to $500.0). We stayed two nights, in Massachusetts just previous to our stay here, and the difference was night and day unfortunately both in quality and cost. It was difficult opening the ironing board and the hair dryer was not working. I notified the staff and it WAS NOT replaced, or fixed. I shall not be staying at this property in the future when returning to the Hampton, or North Hampton area.

The room was very large and had a big bathroom.
dirty rag in the drain in the shower. door to balcony has no lock (not very safe) and handle was half assed screwed on. we’re signs everywhere of thing you can not do…example balcony says you can’t leave the slider door open. no leaning on rails, no sitting on rails, etc. plus the lights outside the slider can not be shut off. a lot of people put towels up to block out the light at bed time. lady at desk was not very friendly. plus she watched the big screen full of cameras throughout the hotel. makes you feel like your being watched all the time… just weird. pool was cloudy and no pool furniture. The shower it’s l self was very large but nozzle is low. I am 5’10” and it was even with my chin. ok if your 5’ tall but if your 5’10” or taller you will have to crouch down to wash your hair.

location was great. it met our needs as we were there for a funeral. staff was great! place was clean.
no elevator. shower did not work properly even after front desk notified. needs a refresh as decor is very dated

our rooms weren’t cleaned and when asked for stuff such as toilet paper we had to wait for the next day… and the bed and pillows were flat and hard

curtains in the room were torn and had burn marks in them, hanging off on one side sheets not on the bed correctly. Bed looked like someone had been laying on it. tv was on and coffee table was on the couch. staff not chatty/friendly

That it was less than a 10 minute ride to the beach and boardwalk.
Entrance windows were dirty, pool facilities were unkempt. Hot tub wasn’t working. Room was never serviced. Staff was unhelpful. Lots of questionable people idling on the property. The property has a bad odor. Overpriced for what you get.
