I've been there before and enjoyed all of it. I stayed at the straight building first floor corner. The staff was very friendly and I saw them everwhere.

This time, I was in one of the buildings by the entrance. The chain was broken off the door. The door was very difficult to lock. The screen stuck and was difficult to use. I was only there for one night so I didn't complain. I saw staff only when I went to the main building. Probably because of the cold. They were definitely at work.

Excellent location and breakfast had a great variety. Well stocked. In my room the heat ran constantly and I finally turned on the air. The refrigerator froze everything that was put in there. Housekeeping of the room didn't happen but once through my 10 days. You were only allowed 2 packs of coffee for the room which was inconvenient since the coffee/breakfast was 4 buildings away. The last thing I wanted to do first thing in the morning was to immediately get dressed and haul butt to the main center 😔. The bed and pillows were adequate, but fat from comfy.

the deadbolt in my room didn't lock, but the hotel switched my room immediately w/o issue.

I loved the privacy of the room. It was very quiet. I slept like a baby. I also enjoyed the patio.
