The location was good for what we were needing.

Both mattress covers were dirty. There was what looked to be a vomit stain on the floor between both beds (as if someone vomited and hit the mattress covers and the floor). We found a previous visitors' socks on the window sill. There was an outlet cover missing. The thermostat did not work - we had it set on 60 for then 48 hours of our stay, and we were still sweating in the room. The showers were luke warm. We were not planning to have breakfast on-site as we had packed our own, but upon arrival, the receptionist mentioned breakfast. I asked it if it was complimentary because I didn't think it was. She said, "Yes! It's included in your rate." I asked if she was sure, and she said yes again. Three of us ate there on Friday morning. We just told them our room number and said it was included in the rate, and they said ok. On Saturday morning, four of us ate there, and they brought a bill out to me. I said, "This should be included in our room rate." And the manager shrugged me off and said,"Yeah, but I still need a signature." I did not sign the receipt. I went to the main desk and asked this new receptionist. She said she didn't know who had told me that and there weren't any notes on the account, so it was owed. I told her that if I had known the subpar breakfast was not included in our room rate, our family would have gone elsewhere, and all five of us would have gotten what we wanted. My husband then asked for a manager, and she said there weren't any on site. He asked her to call one, and she said she couldn't call them during off hours. He finally demanded, and a manager (the same one that gave me the bill) showed up to the front desk. She also argued with us over whether or not we had been told the breakfast was complimentary. 30 minutes later, they finally wrote off the bill AFTER I shared photos of the condition of the room. The Friday night receptionist was kind and beyond courteous!!

The pool is not working but they advertise pool. The sink in the bathroom drained slow. The phone in the room did not work.

No breakfast, not enough bath towels, no linens for the pull out sofa. I had to go to the desk to ask for linens. I got a small blanket and one fitted sheet, no pillow or flat sheet. The lady at the desk didn’t seem very happy. She needs some customer service training. The beverage vending machine was completely empty.

Beautiful two room suite that was very comfortable.

After returning to our room at 10:15 pm and getting ready for bed we discovered that the temperature controller was not working properly. The temperature was a bit warm but we were unable to cool it off. We were tired snd did not wish to call anyone about this problem at this hour. We just retired to bed.

The pool was gross. There was a sheen of solidified oily substance in the pool. There was a power cord in the pool while people were swimming. Staff person said "oops, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen." The air unit in the room was not cooling the room. The HVAC unit was leaking from the ceiling water all over the floor. Asked the front desk for a new room, and she had an attitude. Hastily, she said, "Whatever is wrong with the room, maintenance can fix it." We suffered in the room for another hour. I packed my stuff and went to the desk and finally received a new room. However, this room also had an air unit that was not cooling the room. It stayed 75 in the room. Housekeeping left garbage, sheet, and iron tables in the hallway. It was absolutely disgusting. I would like a refund. I do plan on calling corporate.

The location was great!!

Breakfast wasn't offered. We had to wait an extra hour to check in because they didn't have any clean sheets.

We didn't get checked in until an hour after hour set check-in date due to rooms not being ready. I felt like an email should have been sent out saying check in will be delayed. When we finally made it to our room, we had to go back down to the front desk to get towels and cover because they only put enough for two people when we told them four. The air conditioner and toilet were so loud. The staff was not so great they offered some people refreshments but not everyone also when we asked for the extra cover we were told they might not have any because they gave them all out. Keep in mind that we had a sweet that at this point was very overpriced and outdated. Definitely won't be returning in the future. The only semi great thing was the location.

Outside of the building (incl pool area) has seen better days and could do with some TLC. Inside looks much better. Breakfast was not great, and temperature in the dining area was freezing.

Food was good. Drinks were great!

I enjoyed everything from the showers in the room to the bartender at the bar.

While I know it isn’t anyone’s fault except the person who does the ordering but when we went to eat breakfast they didn’t have any milk or bagels and that’s what we initially came down for was bagels and my kids wanted milk.
