The front staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The train going by was pretty noisy but I got used to it pretty quickly and I slept through the night so I don’t think it ran late hours. Love that it had a microwave, and mini fridge and also had really nice full bottle shampoos that smelled amazing and organic soap. Great touch for an inexpensive stay.
Not sure if I went too early or if that was it but the breakfast was yogurt, toast, or cereal with a kind of sludgy coffee. Oakland in general is not the safest but I didn’t feel unsafe during this stay.

Toilets weren’t working, ac/heater didn’t work, people were yelling screaming in front train is loud

It was comfortable & quiet
House keeper never came knocked on our door our whole stay for any toiletries or wash clothes or tissue & when I first arrived one staff lied and said they didn't take cash but a sign said differently in front me it said no cash between 11pm-6am & another thing they lied to me and stated they couldn't give me paper receipts until i told them im with social services & I needs proof of My situation

All of the fees for parking, for early check in and some other fees they charged which was ridiculous on top of the room

Breakfast is a cruel hoax. A paper bag with a granola bar, etc and coffee is hardly a breakfast. But considering the room rate one cannot hope for much more.
The mattress was broken down and should be replaced. one of the inside panes of the windows had big cracks and should be replaced.

On the website it said it was a $50 deposit fee but when I got there they said it’s actually $150… that is false advertisement and the guy claimed he couldn’t do anything about that. The room was bad also, I saw cockroaches it was disgusting and the towels in the bathroom didn’t look clean either.

The breakfast they offered was made for a elementary school child..the coffee in the room wasn't good. Cable didn't fully work kept going out

I didn’t like the fact that I was accused of damaging property which I didn’t do. There was a hole in the wall prior to my stay..I didn’t think much of it! But when I tried to check in on a later day they said I was on the “Do Not Rent List”. So I calmly went to talk to mr. Singh an explained what had transpired, Thinking that this would be resolved! Unfortunately at the moment I’m still on the “Do Not Rent List”😒 I’ve been dealing with this place for years and actually love to visit. So it sucks to be outed for something I didn’t do.
